Confidentiality. All of the work is held in confidence between myself and the client. In those situations where there is the need to discuss progress with another person in the organization, all updates are made without divulging specific, personal information.

Honesty. My role is to be straightforward and clear about all aspects of executive performance. Razor-sharp observations are delivered with the greatest kindness. As a result, each executive is given the opportunity to grow to their maximum potential without the unnecessary pitfalls of self-justification or defending.

Generosity. An attitude of generosity influences all of my interactions. I fully give to my clients my time, energy, best thinking and creativity as it is needed to support them in achieving their goals.

Pragmatic and results-driven. Because we exclusively work with executives, all of our work is relevant to your role. Our approach is grounded in real-life applications, not philosophical or academic ideals. You will quickly and directly apply what you learn to your situation at hand.

Each executive is unique. Our expertise is in understanding the individual needs of each executive, and designing a custom development plan to move them forward quickly and effectively. Clients will receive custom practices, reading, exercises and direction specific to their situation and needs.
